We’re excited to have you as our guest! Upon booking our home, you will be required to sign a booking agreement. Failure to sign within 48 hours of booking may result in your reservation being cancelled. By booking with us, you also agree to the following terms: Parking: A parking pass is required for each vehicle at $30 per stay (maximum of 2 vehicles). Passes can be purchased at the guard stand, with a small processing fee for credit card payments. Vehicle Restrictions: To maintain a peaceful and spacious environment, trailers, campers, motor homes, and oversized vehicles are not permitted per HOA guidelines. We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone. Pets are not allowed to help keep the space allergy-friendly for all guests. Smoking is not permitted, indoors or on the balcony, to maintain a fresh and clean environment. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on-site. Sheena's listing was so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the space as a family of 4, including a 5 year old who loved the bunkbed room. The listing is complete with all that you'll need aside from your personal belongings/food. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water daily, ease of access to pool and beach, and slept well after a full day of fun! Sheena took time to put together a list of local reccomendations for us and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. You can walk or bike to many restaurants, ice cream or convenience shops. Hopping in the car was also easy to run to the grocery store or restaurants that are a little further! Stay in this lovely slice of Paradise, we'll certainly keep it in mind for our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Sheena's condo! The condo looks exactly like the photos, is very well equipped, and it was so convenient that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The beachfront location was amazing — we even watched dolphins from the balcony! We would absolutely stay here again.

Love, love, love this place. The condo was exactly what we wanted for our family’s spring break. We enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony. Being right on the beach made it so easy to come & go often. We didn’t have to plan & pack for a day at the beach. We could just walk up to the condo whenever we got hungry or needed something. The kitchen had everything we needed so we only ended up going out to eat twice! Also super convenient for the family that each bedroom has its own bathroom. This made for happy parents and teenagers. Sheena was checked in with up multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, but we didn’t need one thing the whole stay. I can’t wait to come back!
