Welcome to Our Beach House! We’re excited to have you as our guest! Upon booking our home, you will be required to sign a booking agreement. Failure to sign within 48 hours of booking may result in your reservation being cancelled. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay, please follow these important house rules: General Rules: • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or on the deck to keep the air fresh and clean for all. • No Illegal Substances: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal substances on the property. • Supervise Children: Guests under 18 are always welcome when staying with a parent or legal guardian. The home is not suitable for unaccompanied minors or teen-only groups. For their safety, children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water and on the deck. Pet Policy: We welcome up to two dogs for a fee of $200 per trip. To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow these guidelines: • House-Trained Pets Only: Only well-behaved, house-trained pets are allowed. • No Pets on Furniture or Beds: Pets must stay off the furniture and beds. If extra cleaning is required due to dog hair, a $200 fee will be charged. • Clean Up After Your Pets: Please pick up after your pets, including their waste. If the cleaning team has to do so, an additional $75 fee will apply. • Supervise Pets: Pets must be supervised at all times. Dogs should not be left unattended unless crated (crate provided by you), even while you’re sleeping. By bringing your dog, you accept full responsibility for their behavior, including any damages, and agree to cover the cost of repairs as necessary. Lastly, please treat our home as your own! We want to maintain a wonderful space to welcome you back year after year.

This house was better than we could have imagined. The open floor plan made it feel very spacious. Everything was super clean! The beds were very comfortable as well. The outside porch is perfect for morning breakfast or to unwind after the beach. Our kids loved the hammocks and kid table outside. If you have kids, this place is very kid friendly- games, serving ware, outside kid tables and chairs! The location was great. It’s on the Main Street into the beach which makes access easy. The downstairs area was probably our favorite. There was so much room for the kids to run around and play. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus after a day at the beach. Our kids enjoyed it every evening. Lastly, this location was nice. We went from Wednesday to Sunday and the beach only got crowded on Saturday! Would definitely recommend this house! We will for sure rent it again.

The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a relaxing, welcoming vibe. The hosts truly went above and beyond, everything we could possibly need was fully stocked, and their thoughtful recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere made it so easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. We really appreciated how smooth and stress-free everything was from check-in to check-out. We made sure to leave the home just as we found it, cleaned up, vacuumed, trash taken out, and dishwasher loaded, because this place deserves it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable beach getaway. We would absolutely love to come back!

Best house beach in the block!!! We had a wonderful stay, rooms are really nice, the decoration is on spot. Amazing view, and literally a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was really organized and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. 🫶🏻🏝️☀️

We really enjoyed our stay!! The location is great, it is a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of beach chairs and toys, plus the wagon to carry everything to the beach! Sheena is very quick to respond and a great host. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need and easy to cook in. Definitely recommend to others!!
